Welcome to Hill's Gymnastics! Today is Thursday November 15th. We are open as normal for all classes, team practice and open gym.
Get a jump start on balance, coordination, fine motor skills and the basics of gymnastics. This class is designed for children who have begun walking up to 3 and a half years old. Our staff will teach you to be your child's coach and hands on spotter as you navigate our obstacle courses and explore weekly themes that promote early learning skills for your little gymnast.
They grow up so fast! These 3-4 year olds are working with our great staff to learn the basics of gymnastics. This class incorporates obstacle courses as learning stations while expanding on the skill levels of each child. We teach beginner rolls, the foundations of a cartwheel and much more, all in a safe and structured environment.
The fun has just begun! These 4-5 year olds build on their gymnastic foundations while starting to focus more on form and technique. Obstacle course stations are used to reinforce skills while also introducing fun ways to learn new skills.
No obstacle courses here! Beginners to more experienced gymnasts ages 5-7 years old. This class takes the basics to the next level! Our staff teach all four Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) and begin introducing strength rotations that are necessary to progress through the sport. Handstands, rolls, cartwheels, pullovers, bridge kickovers and so much more to learn!
Kids in Action is one of our most popular classes. Perfect for those new to gymnastics to those a little more experienced. Ages 7-11 years old. Students will work on perfecting their basic skills and begin focusing on more advanced skills when they are ready to progress. Our instructors will be introducing their students to the same equipment that our elite level gymnasts work on including the high beams, high bars and vault tables. More experiences, more learning, but most of all more Fun!
Teens is geared for 11 years old and up. This class runs a similar curriculum to our Kids in Action class but is taught with the teenager in mind. Instructors teach based on current skill level and work with their students to improve foundations and introduce new challenges each week.
